Hollow Bar

Hollow Bar is a cocktail bar in Nishishinsaibashi, Osaka, that operates without a menu. The bartender asks what flavors and drinks you like, then makes a custom cocktail, and classic cocktails can also be ordered. It uses house-made syrups and infused alcohol, and soft jazz plays in the quiet interior. The entrance sits deep in a narrow alley next to a clothing store and is hard to find.
