Sushi Sagane is a traditional Edomae omakase sushi restaurant in Tokyo with six seats. It serves an omakase course that runs from small dishes to hand-pressed sushi, with no menu. The chef prepares each piece in front of you and explains the food in English. There is no menu, and you pay whatever the chef calls out.
