Menya Sho Honten

Menya Shoo Honten in Shinjuku is a shio ramen shop. Its main dish is shio ramen with a chicken broth base topped with duck chashu. At the entrance, you buy a meal ticket from a vending machine with cash and hand it to the staff, and seats fill up quickly even at opening time. The shio broth is on the salty side for Korean palates.
