It serves a four-kind wagyu set, a gopchang set, and cuts such as beef liver and large intestine, which diners grill themselves on a table brazier. Orders are placed on a table tablet, and the food is brought out right after ordering. Meat can arrive more than 30 minutes after the order is placed.
