Buchiumaya is a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki restaurant in Tokyo, about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. The okonomiyaki is cooked on a griddle with plenty of soba or udon and scallions, and the menu also includes cheese mochi and tonpeiyaki. After 6 p.m. the restaurant is often full, and a wait of about 1 hour 30 minutes was recorded with two parties ahead. Seating is limited, so tables turn slowly.
