This smoking area sits in front of the west exit of Shinjuku Station in Tokyo, and it is a place where you can smoke near the station. The smoking area is well set up, and there are no other smoking spots nearby. It is currently under construction, so you have to use the route that goes up from the subway basement to the bus platform. The location is complicated and hard to find.
