Sarabeth's Lumine Shinjuku is a cafe on the second floor of Lumine 2, attached to Shinjuku Station, serving American-style brunch and pancakes. Egg Benedict, French toast, and pancakes are the main orders, and drinks arrive before the food unless you say otherwise. An escalator by the JR gates next to the south exit of Shinjuku Station leads up to Lumine 2, and entry is possible from 9 a.m. before the building opens. On weekends the wait can run 20 to 30 minutes.
