Coffee Seibu is a retro kissaten on the second floor of a building at the entrance to Kabukicho, near Shinjuku Golden Gai. It serves omurice with soft eggs that split open over rice, anggeum tteok sandwiches, and parfaits decorated with umbrella toothpicks. On weekdays from 11am to 2pm, ordering a meal comes with a drink and salad, and seating is divided into single seats, four-person seats, and private rooms. Around lunchtime the seats fill up and a wait forms.
