Sushi Kosuke

Sushi Kousuke is a sushi restaurant on the basement first floor behind Yodobashi Camera at the west exit of Shinjuku Station. It serves only an omakase course, adding new ingredient combinations to traditional sushi. The counter has 11 seats, and the chef has been making sushi for over 30 years. It operates by reservation only and provides explanations in English.
