Tonsui

Tonsui is a small tonkatsu shop at the western end of the Shimokitazawa Ichome shopping street in Tokyo. It serves hirekatsu set meals and katsudon, and the coating on the cutlets is crisp. The shop sits half-underground and is run by an older married couple. Food is made to order after it is ordered, and the rice and tonkatsu come out together.
