TEA AND BAR

Cafe & Bar Tea and Bar is a hotel lounge on the second floor of The Thousand Kyoto, a two-minute walk from the central exit of Kyoto Station. It serves afternoon tea with savouries and desserts, along with tea, seasonal cakes and parfaits. On weekdays, many guests are still having afternoon tea between 4pm and around 4:30pm. The indoor lighting is dim, so photographs do not come out well.
