Lipton Tea House Porta is a cafe in the Porta underground mall at Kyoto Station in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto. It serves black tea, coffee, cakes, and breakfast, including Royal Milk Tea, an Eggs Benedict set, and matcha parfait. Tea arrives in a pot, and cakes fill a display case.
