Harbs

Harbs is a cake and crepe cafe on the third floor of Daimaru Kyoto in Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto. Its signature items are cakes layered with fruit, such as fruit crepe, strawberry shortcake, and banana tart. Waiting times for eating in are long, while the takeout line moves faster, and each person must order one drink. Fruit crepe and milk crepe can sell out if you go late.
