Yakiniku Champion

Yakiniku Champion Ebisu Honten is near Ebisu Station and serves grilled wagyu across multiple cuts. The tokusen wagyu omakase course brings out champion hoe, black-haired wagyu sushi, and zabusuki, in which thin slices of meat are lightly grilled and dipped in egg. The course is arranged to move through cuts such as tanshio, harami, and a thick steak. Staff service is uneven.
