Ordering mentaiko mochi monja, okonomiyaki, or yakisoba means a staff member prepares it on the griddle in front of you. At lunch, entry was immediate between 11:30 and 12:00, the wait was 10 to 15 minutes at 2:00 PM, and about 30 minutes at 6:00 PM. The seasoning runs salty, so the food can taste a bit salty.
