Uobei Shibuya Dogenzaka is a large conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Dogenzaka, Shibuya, serving sushi, udon, and salads. It offers many kinds of sushi and rolls, and you pay only for the plates you eat. At the entrance you take a seat number ticket, then order at a kiosk that supports Korean, and the sushi travels along the rail to your seat. The hoe on top of the sushi falls short on freshness.
