Sushi Riku

Sushi Riku is an Edomae sushi restaurant about a three-minute walk from Hiroo Station in Tokyo, serving an omakase menu built on seasonal seafood. The meal moves through appetizers and small dishes to white-fleshed fish, shiny fish, tuna, shellfish, and sea urchin, with small pieces of shari that break apart in the mouth. It runs by reservation only, with the head chef forming each piece at an eight-seat counter, and it opened in September 2024. Coming from the station, the building entrance is reached by going around to the back.
