Shodai

Shodai is a soba restaurant in Tokyo that serves soba and white curry udon. The signature white curry udon comes topped with potato cream, a choice of regular or spicy heat, and six kinds of salt for adjusting the flavor. Chunks of meat sit under the cream, so it is easy to eat only the noodles, and food takes a while to arrive after ordering. The curry flavor is mild and bland.
