Rokuetei Hitsumabushi

Miyoshitei is a beef restaurant in Shibuya that serves wagyu donburi and beef hitsumabushi. The meat is eaten with wasabi and green onion, and at the end, broth from a kettle is poured over it to eat as ochazuke. Orders can be placed from an English menu, and diners write their names on a waiting list in front of the restaurant. At 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday, three to four groups were waiting in front, and prices are on the higher side because the meat is beef.
