Ramen Butayama Sakura Stage

Ramen Butayama Sakura Stage is a ramen shop on the first floor of Sakura Stage in Shibuya. It serves a small Jiro-style ramen, and you choose the amounts of garlic, vegetables, oil, and rich seasoning yourself. At 2 p.m. on a weekday about five people were in line, but the line moved quickly and seating took about ten minutes, with orders placed at the ticket machine on the left side of the entrance. Depending on the time of day, the line extends outside the shop.
