Kyatru Shibuya Tokyu Toyoko is a pastry shop selling cakes, pudding, and cream puffs on the first floor of Food Show Shibuya, under Shibuya Station. The lineup includes Basque cheesecake, creme caramel, shortcake, chocolate cake, and fruit tarts. Cakes are displayed in rows by color, and enough people come that a line forms to buy them. The cakes are small in size.
