Mi Choripan.

Mi Choripan is in Uehara, Shibuya, Tokyo, about a five-minute walk from Yoyogi-Uehara Station. It specializes in Argentine-style choripan, and the special choripan comes with house-made chorizo, toasted bread, vegetables, and chimichurri sauce. The shop opened in 2013, and about five minutes after ordering, staff call out when the grilled chorizo is ready. The chorizo is salty and the seasoning is strong.
