Hikiniku to Kome Shibuya is a Japanese restaurant in Shibuya, Tokyo, that serves charcoal-grilled hamburg steak. Three thick patties are grilled over charcoal in front of you and eaten with sauce, ponzu, and raw egg over rice. Rice is refilled for free and several seasonings are provided. Even with a reservation you wait around 10 minutes in line, and same-day entry is nearly impossible.
