Handmade buckwheat Matsunaga

Matsunaga Shuta Soba is a handmade soba shop in Harajuku, on the walk toward Meiji Jingu and its outer garden. It serves mori soba and zaru soba with shrimp tempura, and the noodles are coarse with a strong katsuobushi aroma. The menu is in Japanese only, so orders are placed using photos or a translation app. The shop is small.
