Hagakure

Hagakure is a skewer restaurant in the alleys of Shibuya. Its signature skewers are beef tongue and green pepper meat, and each ordered skewer is grilled one at a time. The restaurant has run for over 50 years and closes when the skewers run out, and because many customers reserve, arriving at opening time is necessary for a seat. Payment is cash only.
