Gamushara

Gamushara is a ramen shop near Hatagaya Station in Shibuya, Tokyo. Its main dish is ginger shoyu ramen, served with ginger vinegar or raw ginger on the side. Orders are placed at a ticket vending machine, and the bowl comes with chashu, flavored egg, menma, blanched spinach, and nori. The broth is on the salty side.
