Blakcows is near Ebisu Station and serves hamburgers with thick black wagyu patties and buns it bakes itself. The menu includes a wagyu burger and a classic burger, and the bacon cheese avocado burger comes with soft avocado, while the fries are mixed with sweet potato fries. Arriving at the weekday evening opening means walking in without waiting and ordering the wagyu burger, with Suntory draft beer and guava juice also available. The menu and the flavor of the patties are good, but the prices run high.
