Wavy Coffee Roasters

WAVY COFFEE ROASTERS SHIBUYA is a roastery cafe on the second floor of the building next to the Stussy store in Shibuya, serving hand-drip coffee from beans it roasts itself. It uses a strong roast to bring out texture and sweetness, and also serves lattes and Basque cheesecake. The space is shared with a coworking area and has Wi-Fi and charging outlets, and the baristas explain the beans. Waiting times are long, with orders sometimes taking 40 minutes to receive the coffee.
