Heisei Retro Cafe RETOPO Shibuya is a cafe in Tokyo that serves menu items themed on Heisei-era culture. Customers can order melon cream soda, strawberry cream soda, retro pudding, and chocolate cake. Heisei songs play inside, and toys, CDs, and stationery are on display. In the basement photo zone, customers borrow digital cameras and mobile phones to take pictures, and when it is crowded the cafe operates on an 80-minute limit with a waiting line for the basement photo zone.
