Paddlers

Paddlers is a neighborhood cafe in Hatagaya, Tokyo, serving coffee and handmade hot dogs. The hot dogs, made with handmade sausage, are cooked to order, and the space has a long window-side counter inside along with outdoor seating. Hot dogs take about 15 minutes to prepare, coffee comes out first, and water is self-served from beside the register. Seating is limited to one hour.
