ON THE CORNER Shibuya is an American diner cafe on the basement floor of Shibuya Parco in Tokyo, selling smash burgers and shakes. It presses 100% beef patties onto a griddle with a dedicated smasher and serves them with crisply grilled cheddar cheese.
