Neel Jingumae is a three-story cafe in a residential alley about a 10-minute walk from Harajuku Station, serving katsu sando, crepes, and lattes. Its signature katsu sando pairs a thick, tender hirekatsu with sauce and bread, while the sugar butter crepe comes out crisp at the edges. Seating extends across all three floors and includes outdoor seats, and waits can exceed 15 minutes during the afternoon snack hours. Seats are closely spaced and the chairs are uncomfortable, making it hard to stay long.
