You can pick toppings to build your own combination or choose from set menu items, and the cream is not sweet, so the flavor changes when it is mixed with vanilla. You can take it to Miyashita Park or sit on a bench outside the store, and the second floor is reached by elevator or escalator. The ice cream is on the expensive side.
