Yellow Shibuya is a cafe in Shibuya, Tokyo that serves both omurice and souffle pancakes. Its signature dish is omurice made with a split egg topped with demiglace or white sauce and a thick cheese hamburg steak. Waiting about an hour in line to eat the omurice happens, and the queue forms at the far end of the walking path. Staff sometimes state that souffle pancakes cannot be ordered just before entering.
