5 CROSSTIES COFFEE is on the 17th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square, directly connected to Shibuya Station. From the windows, you look down on the Shibuya Scramble Crossing. It serves coffee, including iced coffee and matcha latte, along with sandwiches. To reach the 17th floor, take the office-zone elevator or escalator from the 14th floor, and the doors are sometimes closed because general access is restricted.
