Sky Lounge

Sky Lounge is an observation area on the 38th floor of Garden Place Tower in Ebisu, Tokyo. It looks down over central Tokyo and Tokyo Tower at no charge. The view takes in the Tokyo skyline including Shibuya, and the restaurants on the same floor let you eat while looking out the window. It is a 10-minute walk from Ebisu Station, and few visitors come, so you can look around quietly.
