Shibuya Hikarie Sky Lobby is a free observation deck on the 11th floor of Shibuya Hikarie, near Shibuya Station. It looks down over Shibuya Scramble Square and the area around Shibuya Station, and the night view is visible from there. A model of the entire area around Shibuya Station sits in the lobby, showing your current location. Glass reflections make it hard to take clear photos of the view.
