Yetnal Eunseong Sundae Guk

Yeouido's Old Eunsung Sundae Guk is a sundae guk restaurant near the National Assembly Station in Seoul. The soup is seasoned with salted shrimp and dadegi, then eaten with cheongyang chili peppers, and the special bowl comes with a generous amount of meat. On weekday mornings it is crowded from a little after 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., and reservations are not accepted. Waiting about 20 minutes for a seat is typical.
