Yeongsinwon

Yeongsinwon is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. Its representative dishes are tangsuyuk with a chewy, glutinous texture and a basic jjamppong containing clams, squid, and mussels. The tangsuyuk comes in portions large enough that a group can eat and still leave some behind. The jjajangmyeon is ordinary, and the jjamppong is also rather ordinary.
