Wonjo Kongnamul Gukbap

Wonjo Kongnamul Gukbap is a Korean restaurant in an alley in Sageundong, Seoul, serving kongnamul gukbap, kongnamul bap, and baekban dishes such as kimchi stew, doenjang stew, and cheonggukjang. Its kongnamul gukbap is cooked with jangjorim meat and sesame, giving it a rich, nutty broth, and comes with about four side dishes. At lunch, the dining room fills and queues form, and staff from Hanyang Women's University and Hanyang University also eat here. The restaurant is inside a neighborhood alley, so it can be difficult to find on a first visit.
