Toseong Agujjim is an old neighborhood restaurant inside Gongmuwon Market in Seoul that serves agujjim and seafood jjim made with fresh monkfish. The monkfish meat is cooked with bean sprouts and fresh seafood in a seasoning that is not heavy, and diners order bokkeumbap after the meal. It opens at 5 p.m., and food takes some time to arrive after ordering, with miyeok chojeori, yeolmu kimchi and jeon served as side dishes. The space is small, so shoes are removed and guests sit on the floor at low tables.
