Taejongdae Galbi

Taejongdae Galbi is an old meat restaurant near Daeheung Station in Yeomni-dong, Mapo, Seoul, where pork galbi and salt-grilled pork are cooked over charcoal. The signature way to eat it is wrapping the sweet, tender marinated galbi with pa kimchi and the bibim noodles that come by default. Ordering pork galbi brings injeolmi tteok, bibimmyeon, and sikhye as basic side dishes. Because it is an old shop, ventilation is poor.
