Sushi Wa

Sushiwa is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor of the Somerset Palace Seoul hotel in Susong-dong, near Gwanghwamun in Seoul. Chef Ahn Hyo-sang, who continues the lineage of Sushihyo, serves an omakase sequence that includes jawangmushi, flounder, and chutoro and otoro. The lunch course runs through sashimi and sushi and ends with ice cream, and the dining room is bright and comfortable. Prices are at hotel level, and the meal leaves you less full than that level suggests.
