Songhyeon Sushi

Songhyeon Chobap is a small sushi shop in the Mia-dong and Samyang-dong area of Seoul that serves salmon, tuna, and beef sushi along with udon and memil. The vinegared rice is well seasoned, and the hoe is long enough to hang over the rice. Udon comes with sushi orders, and delivery orders are common. The shop is small, so the interior is cramped.
