Sokcho Teolbo Hoenaengmyeon

Sokcho Teolbo Hoenaengmyeon is a naengmyeon restaurant in Seoul, near Ujangsan, serving Hamhung-style hoe naengmyeon and mul naengmyeon. Noodles made from sweet potato starch are extruded to order and served in Hanwoo beef broth. A family originally from Gangwon Province, including the owner and his wife, has run the restaurant for 40 years, and a warm cup of Hanwoo beef broth comes with the meal. Prices have risen over the years and are on the high side.
