At Jungnim-dong near Seoul Station, this charcoal grill restaurant serves salt-grilled and marinated galmaegisal alongside samgyeopsal. The thick salt-grilled cuts are cooked over charcoal until crisp outside and tender inside, while the galmaegisal comes marinated. As the meat cooks, egg mixture is poured around the edge of the grill to make gyeranjjim. A wait forms around 6 p.m., the indoor space is small enough for fewer than four people, and it is hot in summer.
