Seoul Gopchang

Seoul Gopchang is an old gopchang restaurant in Songjeong-dong, Gwangju, serving grilled pork intestines. The gopchang is grilled in a sweet marinade, which brings out a smoky aroma and a chewy texture. The restaurant also serves sundae and naejang gukbap. The grilled gopchang portion is on the small side.
