Seomjingang Charcoal Freshwater Eel

Seomjingang Chamsut Minmul Jangeo is a restaurant serving freshwater eel near Yeokchon Station in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul. It grills large eel over charcoal and sells only salt-grilled eel, with no seasoned grilled version. Staff grill the eel at the table, refill side dishes immediately, and provide eel soup and fried eel bones at no extra charge. In the evening or during busy hours the restaurant gets crowded and a wait forms.
