Seogung Ilsik is a long-established Japanese restaurant in Seoul serving thick-cut hoe (raw fish), altang, and grilled mackerel. It also serves many sugidashi dishes and side dishes with the hoe. The restaurant has private rooms for small gatherings, but it can be crowded at busy times. The interior is old, and drafts come through because the restaurant is more than 40 years old.
