Sapdari Gopchang

Sapdari Gopchang sits near Exit 5 of Ttukseom Station in Seongsu, Seoul, and serves vegetable gopchang (grilled intestines), makchang (beef abomasum), and odolppyeo. The vegetable gopchang comes in a choice of spice levels, and makchang and fried rice are served alongside it. The food arrives pre-grilled and ready to eat, while vegetables, lettuce, and garlic are self-service. Without a reservation a line forms, orders must be at least two servings, and the gopchang carries a gamy smell.
